crxvfr Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 I just installed a credit card module on 2 nearly identical sites. One works, the other doesn't. On the one that doesn't, the orders are not getting listed in the backend. The mail is being sent, the card is getting authorized, but no mention of the order in Admin>Customers>Orders. The order IS in the db but the fields: customers_name customers_street_address customers_city customers_postcode customers_state customers_country customers_telephone customers_email_address are blank. The rest of the fields are populated, IE the shipping info. Which file(s) should I compare to the site that IS working or where should I look to solve the problem? TIA
