Guest
Hi Gang, I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me with an issue I am facing with my admin part of my website. I have two places where I get these error messages? I did have one on my website itself, but we fixed that with a friend of mine, but now we are really stuck? One thing I have read some on this forum, and people say there are two configure.php files, but we are sure there are 3? Back to the issue, and that is when me or my friend go into the admin section we see two error messages and because of these my website will not show any images of course because of the catalog error. This is the error we get from the catalog error, so no images will show: Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: /home/games2or/public_html/shop/catalog/images/ This is the error we get from the tools error, so no back-up's can be made: Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php. My friend and I are new to this, and my friend thinks it maybe the mysql, but I have no idea, and I would love it if anyone is willing to help us out. Sorry we are new to this game, so if this is a simple fix, then thanks anyway. Alan Hill
burt
There can be up to 4 configure files. The normal number of configure files is two, and they are; /includes/configure.php admin/includes/configure.php It sounds as though one or both of your configure files have incorrect values. Hello Burt and thanks for your reply, and yes it seems we have 4 configure.php files, is there any chance you can fix this for some payment? Please PM me, so we can get this fixed. Thanks Burt. multimixer
is there any chance you can fix this for some payment? It's not a marketplace here, but a free forum. You can post your questions into this forum and in the most of the cases you'll get an answer, for free. If you need paid services, please do not post it into this forum. The are many people and companies who offer this, but you need to find them your self.
