infocurci Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 Hi, I have this problem: A customer navigate my site and use the basket.. so far, so good. Then, the customer send the order.. And now starts problems! Oscommerce change the customer id.. for example, Maradona buy an Iphone :lol: but the order is registered with to other customer (Careca :lol: ) that is online in the same moment. Important: 1) I have this problem from few days (the site is online from 1 year) 2) I have this problem with an other oscommerce, installed on other server (this site is online from 5 years).. from few days! 3) Not all customers have this problem. :blink: :blink: :blink: I'm crazy.. help me please :rolleyes: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Admin / configuration / Sessions >> Recreate session set to false I have already this configuration Admin / configuration / Sessions >> Recreate session = false Other problem: on admin / who's online" I can see the name of customer (Maradona) online for 4,5.. 10 hours! ♥ecartz Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 It sounds like a search engine has that session. In Admin >> Configuration >> Sessions set Block Search Engine Spiders to true. It's badly named, but it will allow search engines to browse your site without creating a session. Also, I would set Recreate Sessions to true. Then the customer will get a different session ID at login than they had when they entered the site. That way, if they come through using a link from the search engine, they will still get a new session ID when they login and won't be sharing with other customers. Thank you all! sorry...the problem is not solved yet :blush: on "who's online" panel, I see a customer "Gullit" who bought 8 hours ago. This customer has a basket.. a basket of an other customer, "Van Basten", online now! So.. When this customer "Van basten" buys.. the address of shipping is.. Gullit house! argh! Crazyyyyy!
