You can adjust this in the admin panel. I think its better to prepare and resize your images in photoshop and not let osc to do this. If, lets say, you want to have the "small" picture in 100x100 and the "pop up" in 400x400, then set the values in admin, and resize the pictures accordingly in photoshop. It's good to use allwas the same ratio (1x1 or 1x1,2 or whatever) to avoid problems.
