zozzoozzz
how to make the number of product column of new product for month changes automatically according the screen resolution. for example: when I set the resolution to 800*600, the product column will be 3 column. while 1024*768, the number of column automatically is 4; 1600*900 is 5 column. such as : www.amazon.com Thanks
spooks
this gives a method to get the screen res, just modify the column count var accordingly, assuming u have added a product in columns contrib, such as http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/6051 Sam Remember, What you think I ment may not be what I thought I ment when I said it. ♥ecartz
That explains why the Amazon header is always too wide for me. It's adjusting to my screen resolution rather than my browser width. A better solution would check the browser window width, as explained at http://www.tipsntutorials.com/tips/Javascript/44 Always back up before making changes. ♥kymation
You don't need to check anything. This can be done with a bit of CSS and the browser sizes everything automatically. The Category Images contribution has an option for this (Float.) You should be able to adapt the code to any other osCommerce box. zozzoozzz
Thanks I think , that u ditn't understand what i mean. for example go to www.amazon.com set your the resolution to 800*600, U will see there are three products one line in the mainpage. and then , set your screen resolution to 1280*720, U will see there are four products one line in the mainpage. I want to make this outcome in my osc store. Is possible to do that? THANKS JUN
