change link in banner to index page instead of catalog

hi im trying to figure out how to change the "link " on my header banner from http://nightowlhids.com/catalog/index.php to http://nightowlhids.com/

 

i tried modifing the configure.php file and it didnt work.. any ideas? maybe the wrong one or the wrong place all together? thanks in adv.

In includes/header.php, change

	<td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'store_logo.png', STORE_NAME) . '</a>'; ?></td>

to

	<td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' . HTTP_SERVER . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'store_logo.png', STORE_NAME) . '</a>'; ?></td>
