how can i display the tax rate and the amount

HI All i wonder if someone can help me with the tax method, i would like to display the tax rate the amount of the tax that should be paid by the customer?!

 

from the admin tools Configuration/my store , i changed the (Display prices with tax ) button to "true". and i couldn't after that to see the tax rate in the check out page and even i didn't see the tax rate and amount of the tax in the invoice paper for the customer . ?!

 

so i hope to find someone that can help me with that because it is important for me to show the tax rate and amount for the customers.
