OS Commerce Newbie needs some assistance

Hi all

 

I am currently working on a OS commerce website which I am pretty new to.

The client has the following requirements and I would like to know which IT

genius can show me how smart he is by helping me.

 

Requirements

 

The client wants local orders to be at R20 rand per item.if the users orders 4 items the shipping costs will remain R20 for the 4 items.However thereafter the user will be charged an extra R20 for a fifth item.

 

International users will be charged R70 for shipping per item.

Once the user orders another item ,the user will be charged an addition R50 for the second item.(shipping cost)

 

Please note that the above refers to the shipping costs and the cost should be added as well.

 

The client will also want to see the total price with shipping before the users checks out.
