martike
The current stable version isn't recommended for download, there's no documentation, and it's no longer supported. One of the daily development snapshots is recommended. In this case, what happens when the development reaches a stable point and a new stable version is released ? Will I be encouraged to upgrade to it ? If so, then I'll have to re-introduce all of the many small changes and tweaks which I've made over a period of weeks or months. I don't think this is a very satisfactory situation. So what is the reasoning behind the daily snapshots ? I can see the immediate advantage of having the very latest version, but aren't we all just storing up trouble for ourselves in the longer term ?
