Nuphor Posted February 11, 2003 Share Posted February 11, 2003 Hi, This has been an ongoing problem now for a few months and I'm at my wit's end trying to solve it. The problem is that I'm unable to add products to my shop if I try to add them through admin. Upon building the site, I uploaded all the items into the store manually by using the myODBC driver and importing a large excel database in that way. This worked fine, and still works fine, but whenever I try to add something using admin, it doesn't show up as an added item within admin. It show's up as a "new item" on the front page, but when a user clicks on it, they get a "product cannot be found" error. I've looked in the DB, and the problem appears to stem from the fact that any and all new items added in admin are given a product id of 0, rather than continuing on from the last entry. This is driving me up the wall and I really need any help you guys can offer me.
