derdelush Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 I made an OSCommerce test site using a free template, I set downloads to true, made a product attribute called version that has two options for hd and sd movies and put the files as they were in the downloads folder because it worked in another template I was using untill I figured out it didn't have some things that I needed. The problem is that when I mark an order as delivered the download link doesn't appear anywhere. Is there a way I can resolve this? And is there a way that I can put something to get the customers attention on the main page when he has a download ready? Because on the old site I found it wasn't that intuitive to go to my account and look at the orders page.
web-project Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 you can install the special contribution called the "Download Store" or basically correctly setup the product. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
derdelush Posted July 1, 2009 Author Posted July 1, 2009 Thanks, I figured out that I didn't enable the downloads from localization.
