RTCXiR Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 Hello, I am new to osCommerce and PHP. I am working on building an e-commerce store and I need some guidance as to whether I should use Drupal or Joomla as the CMS. Any tutorial links or advice on linking osCommerce to these CMS systems would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
multimixer Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 I have no idea and never heard about integrating osc with joomla or drupal, i don't know if this exist, but maybe I'm wrong. Osc IS a content management system, in the meaning of managing all of the store "content" like products, prices, descriptions etc from the admin panel. Why do you want to do it via joomla? There exist contributions that will help you to manage your content easily in osc via the admin panel, like "define content" and others My community profile | Template system for osCommerce - New: Responsive | Feedback channel
