clrob11 Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Hi Tom, Another issue here wonder if you can help when I do a transaction with pay offline all appears to be as it should. The payment goes through I get an email saying someone has made an order it shows in the orders in admin. However when I go to the test module in payoff line and do a confirm payment the order disappears from my admin area. I have no idea where it has gone yet I can see under the order made today that there is the increase in the amount of orders received but I cannot find the actual order even under the account history it has been removed.
