orders not showing in admin

I have just started using oscommerce and orders showing in Nochex (my payment gateway) are not showing in oscommerce. Any ideas ??

You need to make sure that your customers return from no chex once they have paid, otherwise the order will not complete.

Thanks for that, I will pop a line high lighting that. Is this something Nochex should be sorting or is it a fault of the cart, as common sence tells me once the payment has been taken one would have thought the order would be/show completed.

Its neither. Your website sends the customer off to nochex with no idea if the customer will complete payment successfully. Its only when the customer returns successfully from the nochex site that the order gets posted to the database. If the customer stops between completing the nochex payment and then returning to your site, they you get this issue.

I'm glad to find this thread as I have just started having the same problem with Nochex, could you let me know where you need to put a line in to let people know to return to your site?

I am just learning so if this sounds like a really basic question then I do apologise!
