shawtham Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Hi, I hope someone can give me a hand if possible.. I have installed 2 oscommerce, 1 in www.gardenofsenses.com.my (hosted by netonboard.com), the other at oscom.shaweb.com.my (hosted by exabytes.com). The main shopping catalog for both sites are okay, but the admin panel ... very bad at gardenofsenses site. I have included 2 images to look at. "oscom-gos.jpg" refer to admin panel for www.gardenofsenses.com.my.. where as "oscom-shaweb" is mine..... Any idea what went wrong in the setting? both are ver 2.2 Much appreciate if you could point me to the right direction. Regards, Shaw
gradeslayer Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 looks like css is missing... stylesheet.css in admin/includes
king_j Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 looks like css is missing... stylesheet.css in admin/includes did you fix this, because this is what mine is doing also.
Guest Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Make sure that the stylesheet.css is in the catalog>admin>includes folder. Try loading the original file back into that directory. Chris
king_j Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 hmm deleting the .htaccess file from admin/includes seems to have fixed the admin style problem
shawtham Posted July 9, 2009 Author Posted July 9, 2009 hmm deleting the .htaccess file from admin/includes seems to have fixed the admin style problem Yup, the htaccess seems to be giving the trouble. The tech support gave the following solution: "FYI, The issue had occured due to the .htacess file present in the wwwroot folder of the website. Currently, we have renamed the .htaccess file to 1.htaccess and have verifed that the website is working fine now." I hope it is useful Regards, Shaw
