Guest Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Hi, I have searched this forum, found others with this problem, but no solution. Hopefully you can help. I am using the Linkpoint Connect contribution with OSC. Configuration instructions followed exactly. A customer will order, their card processed successfully - they are then redirected to the order success page. They receive a proof of transaction email from the merchant account, but not from OSC. When I log in to OSC to view the orders, there are none displayed. The customers names are found under customers, but 0 orders under orders. A search of the DB does not yield results for the orders. Please help me find out why linkpoint connect is not posting order information to OSC. Quote
