I installed a template and replaced some files and I got this error

 

Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory.

 

I dont know how to fix it

 

My .htaccess file has # php_value register_globals 1 below

Ive tried adding a php.ini file to catalog and admin but still doesnt work

 

Please help!

This would appear to be an older version of osCommerce.
