payment modules

Hi, i am new user for oscommerce-2.2rc2a. Please help me,

 

My problem –

1/ if I visit test view ( http://www.candycode.net/dickies/ ) mozilla firefox then not showing osCsid but other explorer IE, Opera is showing osCsid.

 

2/ if I visit test view ( http://www.candycode.net/dickies/admin user:admin pass: myadmin) admin=> Modules=>Payment why does’nt showing any Payments Modules

Just showing : Module Directory: ww.candycode.net/dickies/includes/modules/payment/ AND +install, When I click +install then again show this page.

 

Please help me
