Installing Easy Populate

I just installed osCommerce with my JustHost.com account and am in the process of setting up the store. I want the ability to upload products in bulk with an Excel spreadsheet and understand that Easy Populate accommodates this. JustHost.com tech support doesn’t help with “customization and upgrades for oscommerce.” How can I get Easy Populate and how do I install it?

There's more than one file, actually. Those instructions that are referenced above include a document called 1_Installation.doc that's very step-by-step.
