I am trying to set up a new web site with 2.2 rc2 but when I go to admin/tools there is no data manger even listed and I want to use easy populate to upload my csv file. why isn't the data manager showing?

linux based server php 5.0 and mysql 5.0

I set the file permissions of the 2 config files as per instructions and then reset them to 444

I am at a loss and I am not too good with coding. Dang man I just wanna sell stuff LOL

TIA for any help

I don't understand what you mean by "data manager." That is not part of a stock oscommerce shop. Nor is Easy Populate. You have to install that contribution.

Nevermind, the guys at Inventory Source gave me some faulty information. I did install EasyPopulate and it installed the .txt file into my database alright. Now if I could just figure out why my images aren't loading on my site. I created a directory inside my images directory called isimages and uploaded the zip file of all my images and they aren't showing up on my site. Geez, all I wanna do is sell stuff!

The code is setup to look in the images directory. To use a different one, use your Easy Populate file and change ethe location in the images column to isimages/image_name.jpg (where image_name.jpg is whatever your image is named).
