Can I reset the password with that (in which case which folder or file is it) or is there another way or it a support call my host? Thanks for any help. Before I go there though, is the username and password the same as the one for the MySQL database because if it is I have tried setting a very basic username and password (just a test) and I still can't login! In MySQL the original username was appended with _osc giving me originaluser_osc, but the login name was originaluser. However the testuser ended up in MySQL as originaluser_testuser and I could not get any premutation to work. So at the moment i don't know how to set up a new user. Is there help on this? Ta. You can set up a new mysql user in your host admin panel/phpmyadmin and a site administrator in the shop admin area.
