add box heading spacers

Hi all,

 

I've just increased the font size of infoBoxHeading to 14px to make the headers more readible. However, they now appear very squashed in the header box. How would I go about putting spacers into each box header? I'm planning on using the following CSS

 

.5px_vert_spacer {
height: 5px;
width: 1px;
}

 

I can't see where I'd drop the div's in to get the desired result...
