Show out of stock products in QTPro Sequenced Dropdowns

Is there a way to have the sequenced dropdowns options in QTPro show the attributes that are out of stock?

 

I tried adding a "Please Select" option to the multiple dropdowns option, but couldn't get it working, so now trying to approach it another way.

 

Has anyone done this before?
