Shipping cost won't display in order total

I have RC2 using fast easy check out. I can not get the shipping total to display. I am using the first item each additional module. Shipping price displays with "shipping" section but displays as either $0.00 in the order total section or does not display at all. The shipping total does transfer to paypal, it just does not display. I have tested a virgin osc install with just the shipping module change and it does the same thing. As I have messed around with other payment modules the confirmation page displays the the correct order total display with subtotal, shipping, tax and total and then if I go back to the checkout_shipping page it will then display the shipping cost in the order total section.

 

It seems like some global or other variable is not registering properly. I just want the darn order total to display completely. Help you can see it at www.theperfumeseller.com
