More payment problems!

Hi all,

 

Having managed with the help of this forum to get rid of various errors within the payment module. Alas more problems!

 

In the admin section under modules/payment there are no options to add or edit, plus I have the following error:

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class secpay in /content/DesignerPlus/t/r/traditionalironmongery.co.uk/web/shop/includes/modules/payment/secpay.php on line 13
