How to avoid selling certain products, depending on the country the customer is?

Is there a module that will restrict selling certain products to customers outside of my country. My shop will sell all sort of products like lamps, clothes, and food. But due to export regulations I cant sell food outside of my country, so those products should not be included in the final purchase, or not shown at all to customers abroad.

 

Any idea how to solve this.
