Search Engine does not work with Chinese input

I installed chinese lanugage pack on my website, the website works fine on translation (Chinese/English either way)...However, When i input chinese key words on the search box under chinese mode, it can't get me any items or relatived items.

 

ps: the search engine is working perfectly with english input.
