banner not working

I added a new banner yesterday and it worked just fine. Today I deleted that banner and added a new one, but it wont display. I used the banner manager, and checked everything. I even received a success message and it shows it is live, but still it isnt there.

When you keep your mouse cursor to the location where banner is supposed to be - what do you get (See the status bar of your browser.

 

then right click and check properties - what image is supposed to get loaded. Can you access the image directly (by pasting the URL in the browser) and see what response you get.

 

Finally if everything was working yesterday - what has been changed?

 

Add new banners and enable them - do they work?

I can't access the image from the browser.

Try emptying the browser cache when you make changes like that. Most browsers will use the cached version to quicken load time.
