Changing Passwords

HI... I had a lowlife web designer, take my money and not do what he promised. He has my password to my site so he could "upload" the new web. Well, it's been nearly a year and he won't return my calls and won't give me my money back. I need to change my password before I get my lawyer on him as I'm a little worried the creep will sabotage my site. So... How do I change my password.

 

Also... anyone out there a web designer?

Well, that would be sad. Not sure if you're implying I'm the bad risk? I paid him upfront and in good faith. I guess I'm too trusting. Believe me, I'm not the problem... but after a year and no calls returned I see know I've been taken advantage of. That said, not everyone is a bad apple, and I would in good faith pay for someones hard work.
