I would say I'd feel pretty comfortable ordering from here, however you might want to hire a graphic designer to spruce it up once you make a few sales and I'd probably recommend some different picture on the top left, those animals are a little strange looking... and the cat reminds me ofof the characters from that movie gremlins. Try looking at your competition and seeing what they are doing with their sites... This competing site is very good looking in my opinion (non-oscommerce) http://www.dog.com/ and http://www.drsfostersmith.com (non-oscommerce) is consistently one of the highest converting sites on the net I hear, not much to look at but it converts well supposedly.
