acodyjr Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 I have been trying to fix this issue to no avail. Google is constantly crawling my site, which is great. But a lot of the link paths it is picking up are between categories. For example, Google_bot is currently on this page: http://webchems.com/spa-chemicals-c-3_24_2_19.html In the path, the (3) is my category "Chemical Packages" with (24) being a subcategory within that "Chemical Packages". However, (2) is a separate main category "Spa Chemicals" and (19) is a subcategory within "Spa Chemicals". Why is this path not resetting and appearing as http://webchems.com/spa-chemicals-c-2_19.html? This is just one example, but I have seen it crawling links like that many many times, and some even show up in google's results. So if a user follows an odd link like this, the breadcrumbs on my site go on and on, and disturb the formatting. Any ideas, please!!!
