zefeena Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 not quite sure what you are wanting here but... my customers often email me asking for something not on the website. If i have it I then email them back and say it will cost you £x. if they are are already placing an order for items on the site, they then would add the money using a buy now tab on the site. The tab can have a value of £1 for instance, and if you have told them to add £5, they just buy 5, and add a comment (for example, added extra payment as per email). Remember though if they aren't adding any other products they are still going to be charged your base price postage rate, so you need to take that into consideration.
