davidell
I've developed several osc sites and have just come across a new IE issue (well new to me). Firefox (3.0.11) displays the admin panel background colour I specified, IE (all versions) however displays a nasty green #39D900 There's no reference to this colour anywhere? I even tried forcing the bgcolor of the <td> tag... still green in IE? Going to have a think about this one, but if anyone has encountered anything similar, be good to hear your thoughts. Guest
If it is the nasty green we have encountered in the past it may be a color that ie does not recognize. Try changing the rgb value slightly and see it the green stays the same, plug in fff or 000 and do a little troubleshooting. From our experience, some of the lighter creams, grays and peachy colors are not translated well by ie. I've developed several osc sites and have just come across a new IE issue (well new to me). davidell
Thanks for the reply Rebecca... This one really through me, and such a simple thing to be thrown by. Just glad I wasn't going mad and that it is indeed a recognised IE issue (add it to the list). Thanks again!
Guest
Dumb microsoft  It was especially entertaining a while back when I did a huge rollout of new buttons in a creamy color and they all came out green. Boy was my client impressed!
