Customers are attempting to purchase 3 and 4 times and the transaction does not complete. it shows in the cart as a purchase but not in paypal. I am completely in the dark. The person who set up the cart insists that it has nothing to do with the cart. Paypal is telling me it may be a coding error. I have no idea what either one is talking about all I know is I am losing sales on a daily basis. Can anyone HELP? Thanks

If everything was OK and only recently you have noticed a change in behaviour - I hope it is not someone trying to cheat you with workarounds. Does it work for anyone at all or does it fail for all (is the behaviour consistent? ) Have customers complained or is it your looking at logs to interpret that users are facing an issue. Have you tried to make a purchase yourself to verify the payment gateway? If yes did you receive any error? Best Regards,Gaurav
