oslearner Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 hello I want to create a link on my main page which should be able to open word document or any other file from my localhost. I have done in html. for example-please click this link below http://www.saharsoft.com/Terms%20Of%20Business.doc I want to do exactly like this. please advice.
RhinoFish Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 i don't like to download stuff from people i don't know, so i didn't run through your link. but i would suggest you ditch the spaces and capitals in its name, it'll cause you headaches for several reasons. but back to your question... you posted a link saying it's what you wanted to do, and you did it, so i'm confused about what you're asking. can you rephrase your question perhaps?
