pageeditor

Hello,

 

Brand new to osCommerce but so far it seems really nice. I have downloaded the osCommerce Online Merchant v3.0 Alpha 5 version as well as the pageeditor contribution. I am going through the install process of pageeditor and it appears that the folder/page structure in the instructions don't match. Is this due to the newer version of osCommerce? Also, has anybody ran into this? If so, what were the steps you have taken to make it work?

Open catalog/contact_us.php

 

I don't see a contact_us.php page in that folder. I have found a contact.php in includes/content/info but that's about it.

I have the same problem and have been trying to find the equivalent pages in v2.3.1

v3.0 and v2.3.1 are completely different animals. v3.0 is NOT STABLE and should not be used.

 

v2.3.1 does not currently have a 'page editor' available for it, and quite frankly I doubt 'page editor' will be updated to v2.3.1 because it was never updated for 2.2.

 

You have a couple of options:

 

1) Update the contribution you need to work with v2.3.1

2) Wait for someone to upgrade the contribution so you can use it

3) Hire someone to upgrade the contribution.
