Credit Card Error

I am having a problem with my shopping cart. When I submit a payment it gets all the way to the confirm order page then when I hit submit, I get a "credit card error" and am taken back to the payment info page. The following is a screen shot of the "credit card error" I get. I contacted Authorize.net and was told this is a problem with the shopping cart and not sent from their system.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi.

There is not a whole lot more I can tell you. The card I was using was a MasterCard. Our gateway is supposed to be set up to accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. I currently have our gateway set to "Test" mode so as not to process any real transactions. Last week, when I was on the phone with customer support the tech had me take it out of test and try to submit to the gateway, but it was the same response as the screen shot shows.

I am about to look at the "checkout_process.php & checkout_confirmation.php" files to make sure they have the same URL's as the ones I have set as the defaults for the gateway.

Hello again.

I went back through Netfirms knowledge base on Commerce Pro, followed their instructions to the letter for setting up the Authorize.net payment module and am now getting a diffrent type of error, as the screen shot shows. This time I used a Visa card for the test (it is a valid card).
