In my admin panel under Customers I get the script "1054 - Unknown column 'customers_info_source_id' in 'field list' select customers_info_source_id from customers_info where customers_info_id = '16' [TEP STOP]" My other question is, can I move this "How did you hear about us" form to the (checkout_shipping.php) page instead.
