Where is the ext file located?

I am trying to put install a Paypal Standard module but it talks about a ext file. I am unsure where to find this in the root menu. Please help.

 

The file listing is as follows:

• ext/modules/payment/paypal/standard_ipn.php

The file should be exactly where the link you've posted is pointing to. In catalog/ext/modules/payment/paypal/. If you installed OSC the way it is recommended, the directory and file should be there by default. If not, you missed to copy some files from the installation package.

Here are my top folders on my root menu. Does this look correct?

 

-Admin

-Download

-Images

-Includes

-Index_Files

-Pub

The /ext directory is missing. Check the installation package and load it up. Your problem should be solved then. BTW. where's that index_files directory from? It doesn't belong to OSC standard.
