orders not stored in admin, new products not showing

Hello.

I would really use some good help from you oscommerce gurus.

I updated my store some days ago. The website provider updated it for me.

My store is at http://www.cozybebe.org/tienda/ version 2.2 Release Candidate 2a + buySAFE

 

Since the update, when a customer puts an order, I get the confirmation email with the order, but the order itself is not stored in the admin section. So I can´t communicate with my customer, and I can´t update the order because it is not there

 

Also, I uploaded some new products after the update, and they appear in the admin catalog, but they don´t show at the store

 

I´m going crazy with this, I really need some pointers of what could be missing it is like the admin and the store in itself are not connected.

What was the update u did,

 

product not appearing could be cache issue, have u tried resetting?

 

re-admin, checkm your dbase with phpMyAdmin, check for issues

i too am having the same problem with the orders not showing up, all the products show but wehn someone places a order it doesnt show in tha orders section of admin but the emails get sent out and if you manuall enter the oder number into the search fiels in admin it shos up but doesnt show u how they paid.

 

please help

Please add me to the list. Orders being taken, emails generated, nothing showing up in Admin either on the homepage or on the orders page. Orders are in the database.
