Guest Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 Its been a while since i checked my site email since is gets forwarded. I tried logging in today and get this error. The server responded with an error. Account: 'mail.xtreme-hobby.net', Server: 'mail.xtreme-hobby.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the mail server!', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90 Also for some reason things that get ordered i dont receive a email saying what they bought for some reason. Can any one help? thanks

Guest Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 It was my virus software blocking the email from connecting. But still dont get "Order" email when a order is placed saying what was ordered. Can anyone help? thanks
Guest Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 I think the problem lies with the server and you need to contact your host. But I can't say anything surely as I am not an expert. I think you should consult an expert. If you find it difficult to get an expert you may visit http://www.supportonclick.com. The staffs over there helped me a lot while I was having trouble while sending or receiving email few days back. They solved my problem almost within a minute. I hope they will be able to help you too if you seek their support.
