Gateway declined order, oscommerce accepted

Hi - first of all thank you for reading this.

 

someone inserted wrong card exp date during a credit card payment. the gateway refused it, but oscommerce accepted the order and moved status to "order is ready to sent" So order was sent but its not possible to withdraw the money.

 

Is it possible in oscommerce to enable something so that it acts the same way as gateway - act from pageresult?
