test email sent with order confirm mail

Hi.

 

When costumers place orders they automaticly recive order confirmation mail.

With that mail it altso come and test mail. 2 separat email.

 

The order mail i get altso comes with an test mail.

 

Pls advice how to get this fixed.

 

some times the costumers dont receave order confirm mail and i dont get the order by mail when ordered?

What can be the reason of this issue?

 

Does it help to upgrade to v.3?
