Hi. I have several questions. Wasn't sure if I should ask seperately or not so here they all are ...so far !

1. I need to include a seperate colour chart (image, size guide (text and image) and extra text for one of the products that I am selling. Can anyone tell me how to do this please - what file etc etc.

2. How do I increase the row height for the image text. I have run out of room on a couple of them on the details page.

3. Does anyone know how I accept credit cards that I manually process (no payment gateway) as I have my own eftpos machine in my shop and with my old site this is how I did payments once I received the orders.

Also, not too technical please - I am new at all of this and know html enough to get me by but nothing else !!!!

Thanks in advance

1. Can you give an example on how it should look and work? It's hard to say where to add without knowing any details.

2. Can you give a link to it?

3. Don't know how you exactly handled t in the past, but you can advise the customer to use the checks/money order payment and you manually process the credit card as before.

Hi, thanks for replying. This might be a little complicated so I've put a sample page of what I need in the product details page up on my server www.browbands.net.au/sample.htm. I copied how it is currently set up in OSC so the stuff not marked in red is already done.

My osc shop is still in the building stage.

All the text in red is what I need to add in and there are some more choices that I need as well. This is the only product that is like this - the other ones are quite straight forward, thankfully ! You will see that I have a few problems with this particular product because of the choices for a start and the pricing structure.

Re the credit card payment - on my old site I had a pearl script on the secure server where the customer entered their card details and it came to me in an email. I would then process the payment manually on my eftpos machine. This is how I would like to handle credit card payments - receive their card details with their order if they choose this option and then i'll process the total of the payment manually.

Don't know why the last line of text is cut, since OSC has no limitations for it. Maybe it's a faulty HTML-tag?

I'd suggest to split the product into three different for children, females and men. So the base price is displayed properly and the customer can see at a glance what he has to calculate with. Just a suggestion, a single product is possible as well with attributes that add a fee depending on the model.

The links for the color chart and sizing guide you can either add as html to your product description or add it like on the sample page via programming it (would be much more work, but even more flexible).

By default all the products text is displayed above the attributes, so no chance to display text and links at the bottom in an out of the box store. Depending on how much products will have this footer it has either to be programmed or placed to the end of the products description...

Same goes to the how to care for the leather.

Thanks, that's a good idea re splitting into child, ladies, mens etc.

I searched and searched through the forums and found a WYSIWYG editor and it works really well as I can add html code and links to the other info pages that I need. I has also allowed the extra text without cutting it off. So that's another problem solved....so far !

Thanks everyone.
