Guest Posted February 10, 2003 Share Posted February 10, 2003 FOund out prob but don't know how to fix it. Say a customer comes in and puts Item A in her cart. Then she logs off or loses her connection, etc and is forced to log back in. She then has Item A in her cart but she can not see it. It states her cart is empty. If she orders other items then goes to checkout, she will see that she has other items in her cart but it's only after she has paid for the items that she can see more were in the cart. Need a fix for this ASAP. Anyone else had this problem? If nothing else, I'd like to turn the "stay in cart mode" off so this can't happen.
