Khnum Posted June 10, 2009 Posted June 10, 2009 Greetings all, I am just starting an on-line retail store. I am new to this sort of thing, and no nothing of web design. I installed a web template and I am now trying to add my products. When attempting to add items in the product attribute field, I can successfully enter about 13-14 items, after which their order becomes scrambled (I have about 160 that are required broken between two option names). I would like the items in the product attribute field to be alphabetical, or at the very least be in the correct numerical sequence. For example, items appear as... 015) def 016) ghi 017) jkl 018) ghi 014) abc I want the 14 to come before 15. Additionally, I've had to enter items in this field in Zulu order, as it appears that the newest item entered is the at the top of the drop down on the website regardless of name or number. The numbers that correspond to the attributes (product attribute id column) are also scrambled, and I cannot seem to access anything below number 60. Please advise!!! Thanks.... Charles
