cfisupply
Hi There, I noticed that when I add a new product and put it on sale, The item shows up on the index.php page in the New Products For "this month" section, but it shows the original retail price, not the RetailSpecial Price. Anything I tried to do to correct this would screw up the pricing on all items on the page. I was hoping that someone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it. Thanks in advanced. Not sure how you are setting up special pricing, so here is what I would request you to try To create up a special item, you should login to your osCommerce admin area, go to Catalog and select the Specials link in the leftmost column. Then click the [New Product] button under the special products list. You will be prompted to select an item and create a special price for it. You should also enter an expiration date - this determines until what day the discount will be active. After you have filled in the details, you should click the [Insert] button. The new special item will immediately be included in the list. For screenshots and documentation visit THIS HTH Best Regards,Gaurav

If you would like, you can check out my site at http://www.cfisupply.com/. On the index and catalog.php pages, you can see the items I have recently added. The first five are on sale (See the Specials Page), but the sales prices don't show up in the new products section.
