db issues

I recently changed ISPs. Everything went well with the install and I uploaded a dump of my sql file through phpMyAdmin. I added contributions for Easy Populate, Order Editor and Products Purchased. However, when I updated my db using EP, only half of the products showed up under Categories and the only way I could find things is by going through the Manufacturer.

I did another SQL dump and reinstalled osc. Now when I try to upload my sql file, it says it is successful but there is nothing in my catalog. If I try to restore a backup through Tools, I get an Error 500 - Internal server error.

I am guessing that I've got a corrupted SQL file, But if anyone has had an experience like this, I would appreciate hearing about it. I am using MySQL 5.0

Did you check the contents of the database if all products were there but not displayed? Maybe during the update there was a change to the products, most likely the dependencies category->product, that you didn't expect?

Yes, I did. Everything seemed to be ok. I recreated my csv file and tried repopulating the db and it didn't seem to make any difference.
