adyck Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 I recently changed ISPs. Everything went well with the install and I uploaded a dump of my sql file through phpMyAdmin. I added contributions for Easy Populate, Order Editor and Products Purchased. However, when I updated my db using EP, only half of the products showed up under Categories and the only way I could find things is by going through the Manufacturer. I did another SQL dump and reinstalled osc. Now when I try to upload my sql file, it says it is successful but there is nothing in my catalog. If I try to restore a backup through Tools, I get an Error 500 - Internal server error. I am guessing that I've got a corrupted SQL file, But if anyone has had an experience like this, I would appreciate hearing about it. I am using MySQL 5.0
Nullachtfuffzehn Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Did you check the contents of the database if all products were there but not displayed? Maybe during the update there was a change to the products, most likely the dependencies category->product, that you didn't expect?

I recreated my csv file and tried repopulating the db and it didn't seem to make any difference.
