I changed my root directory from /catalog to /. Now I cant see ANY orders!!!! I started getting emails from customers asking about their order and it just doesnt exist! PLEASE HELP!!!

I placed a fake order on my site and even when I check the past orders on usernames I dont see any orders! There are only the very first few orders ever placed on my website shown when I first log in and you see the "orders" column.

I hope someone can help this issue.

Best regards,

Max

Theres not enough information in your post that allows me to solve your problem. I would suggest using phpMyAdmin to view your database, then open up the orders table, you'll at least be able to determine who has placed orders with contact info.

the orders total is as follows :

/homepages/12/d230292398/htdocs/diyls/includes/modules/order_total/

As far as phpmyadmin, is there a Mac version of it? My PC is down currently and I am operating solely off of my Mac laptop.

Thank you so much for the quick replies.

Max

As for phpMyAdmin, yes there is a Mac version, but I would suggest checking with your ISP to see if they offer it and do it online. Unless of course your running your own server. Most ISPs offer phpMyAdmin

Whats your website address?

I use Yahoo hosting and at their admin panel you can install phpmyadmin anywhere in the site directory. then you just log in with your username and pass. works with all browsers, isn't os dependent.
