Register.com intallation doesn't show catalog

I am currently using register.com and they have an interface that installs oscommerce for you. Everything seems to be good except when I am using the administrative tool I cannot click on the Online Catalog link to view my catalog page. If I manually enter the link in my browser it is there. It seems as though there is either a problem of my understanding of how this should work or register.com's interface is having trouble actually installing the oscommerce software. From what I understand during install I should be able to "import Catalog Data Base" and add the sample data. When their interface installs, it doesn't give me any options except which directory to install it in.
